“Hiring Eivan’s for our wedding was a great decision! Our photographer Gregory I was professional and FUN! He kept us smiling throughout the day with his quirky personality! My fiancé does not care for photos so I’m happy we had someone working with us who could make him comfortable. He made sure to get multiple images even if it was just “one more”, it was never one more! We had actually hired a different photographer and we replaced him with this company. Worth the stress and money! If I had any tips for the company, it would be to have your photographers give a 30 minute warning before their contracted time is up. Weddings are so busy for the bride and groom, it is very easy to lose track of time. I think clients would appreciate a little heads up just so they can try and capture any photos they may have missed. Other than that, I have ZERO complaints. Such an amazing experience! 10/10 highly recommend :)”

“Choosing second song as our DJ service for our wedding was the best decision we could have made!! The team is so accommodating and made the process of choosing our DJ so easy. After choosing second song, they allowed us to set up phone calls to interview DJ's to find the perfect fit for us. We ended up choosing DJ Daniel Cabral. Daniel was attentive and set up multiple meetings with us prior to our wedding to discuss our vision for our wedding day. Everything ran perfectly throughout the entire day. The audio for our ceremony was perfect and the music selections throughout cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception set the mood for our wedding. We also hired a string trio through second song and they did a beautiful job at our ceremony and cocktail hour. Our reception was a party and Daniel made sure people were on the dance floor all night long. We also had my cousin play the trumpet at our reception while Daniel played a song in the background. Daniel mic'd up his trumpet for us and it was such a hit! We also got our Photo Booth through second song and they provided the uplighting at the venue! They are everything you could want from a DJ service and more!! If you are looking for a DJ service, second song is the way to go!!!!”

“I used Summit Events Co. for my December '24 wedding and could not recommend them more! DJ Ben was SO fun and really kept the party alive. He was such a pleasure to meet with ahead of time and asked us tons of questions to really understand our vision for the evening. He was truly a delight and even wore black, per my very annoying request :) He also had me get on the DJ board (just pretending) and it was a huge hit! Very fun, very adaptable! Summit Events Co. uses an app for all of your music and timeline needs and it was SUPER easy to use. It connects to Spotify, Youtube, and a few other platforms so I could just upload my playlists I had already worked on and it made everything really fast. We also got a photobooth which was AMAZING. It's hard to know when planning a wedding what is worth the extra cost but this hands down was worth it. Our attendant was such an angel and multiple people came up to me after to tell me how cool she was! Their pricing is super reasonable - very in line with other vendors I found and Ben was able to accommodate our specific budget while still making our vision come to life. Overall I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Summit Events Co!”

Dan and his team were so easy to work with, and their 5-piece DJ band was the perfect, fun switch-up from a traditional band for our June wedding at Greenpoint Loft. We also had a ceremony guitarist and a saxophonist with tracks for the cocktail hour, which added great touches to the day. The uplights they brought for the room were priced very well and created a beautiful atmosphere. The music planning worksheet they provided was incredibly helpful, and they offered valuable advice on the timeline and flow of the reception, which was a huge help. They were fun to work with, and on the night of the wedding, they absolutely crushed it. The music was fantastic, they kept the vibes high, and their crowd engagement was excellent. We highly recommend The Hook Club for any event. They made our wedding unforgettable!”

“From my first call with JJ Essen, I knew his team was a good fit. He was prompt, communicative, and organized. He assigned Scott as our DJ & Javier as our photobooth attendant. Scott was equally communicative & organized. He set up multiple calls throughout the process, and was super flexible with us when we had to change our venue & timeline 3 weeks before the wedding. I sent Scott some specific songs, but also shared my Spotify playlists, and he made sure the entire night was popping! The dance floor was full all night, as Scott played banger after banger. He really nailed my music taste! And Javier made the photobooth so fun for my guests! “Bakers Ranch is a team of informed wedding professionals who are experts in the unique art of weddings. Our wedding day felt like pure magic, and it is truly thanks to the incredible team at this wedding venue. Our guests were in awe of the space, and we received so many compliments regarding the décor, drinks, food, photographer and overall experience. My husband and I put a lot of time and research into finding the right wedding venue for us, and we walked away from our wedding day with a feeling of pride for our selection, and gratitude for the support we received. We looked at venues across three states. It was a little overwhelming and emotional, knowing that the venue would dictate so much of our time as an engaged couple and ultimately, our one wedding day. Bakers Ranch immediately stood out to us, it was an all-inclusive wedding venue that would eliminate some stress of planning. It had a gorgeous green backdrop of ancient oaks and rich foliage. It had Jeremy, a wedding planner that was calm, reassuring, honest and unlike any wedding professional we had met in our search. We booked the first available Saturday the following year almost immediately. I was also an extremely detail-oriented bride, straight down to the plates, the handmade table cards, and a personal note for each attendee. But it was all perfect. The decor, the flowers, the cocktails, the food, the week before, the day before, the day of, were all a dream. Everything that I communicated was heard. The vision that I had planned for was achieved. It was even better than what we could have imagined. We are extremely grateful to Baker’s Ranch for their incredible work.”

“Our experience working with Jamie and Ceremony DJs can be best summed up by the fact that multiple people told us after the ceremony they wanted to book him for their wedding and at least one got his business card! I can't imagine a better DJ, truly. When we first met with Jamie, he said he could make people dance to anything and would keep people on the dance floor all night, and he WAS NOT LYING. The whole night, the dance floor was PACKED even though it was rainy/muddy/cold/wet. Jamie took us on a journey that covered all of the bases of the music we love to hear and dance to, seamlessly and magically (?) integrating genres with the best mixes, it was pure wizardry and really captured who we were. We as a couple care a lot about music and wanted music that represented who we were and what we like to listen to, and he did not disappoint! So much prep work went into this, he took patience and time to try to understand our tastes and vibe, and it was so cool to have the wedding played on vinyl- basically, Jamie just "got it" from start to finish and we had the best time! Our wedding also got delayed due to rain and a road closure and he was such a good sport, staying late to keep us all dancing for a whole other hour- so fun! Also, when our ceremony musician was stuck in traffic due to the storm, he was so prepared and had our prelude/processional music downloaded so we could still walk down the aisle to the songs we'd chosen. Overall, such a cool, kind, funny guy who was professional and prepared in every way and honest just takes time to meet and know his clients, and clearly just loves to share his love of music. I would book him for everything if I could. BOOK THIS DJ. You will NOT regret it!”
